Olive oil cups with feta cheese, tomato and olives

A shot that will whet your appetite. Perfect accompaniment to cocktail, delicious for buffet and party. Directions Put the shots in a row. In each toothpick pass 1 piece of bread, 1 cherry tomato, 1 piece of feta cheese, 1 olive and put erect in the cups. Spatter with olive oil, sprinkle oregano and salt and then serve them. Homemade MAYONNAISE IN 30''

Ingredients : • 1 cup olive Oil (250 ml) • 1 cup sunflower (250 ml) • 1 large egg (at room temperature ) • 1 teaspoon mustard powder • juice of ½ lemon (maybe more... ) • 1/2 tsp. salt • white pepper (because white sauces like white pepper! ) • optional chopped herbs such as tarragon , parsley , fresh kolliandro , dill , marjoram ( or whatever is preferred) • rod and multi vessel Directions: Place all ingredients in the pot ( without exception ! ) and put into operation the rod at high intensity . At the meantime , move the rod up and down to mingle all the ingredients well . After 30 '' mayonnaise is " tied " and ready ! Try to see if the lemon , salt and pepper are good, if necessary add a little more and mix again with the rod. Watch but do not overdo it by hitting, it may dilute the mayonnaise . Then add and mix by hand fresh herbs and my mayonnaise is ready ! Good Luck ! The way of preparing this homemade mayonnaise varies according to time because it is prepared literally within 30'' , but also according to the tools / equipment required . In this case I do not use the traditional mixer , but the rod of multi and the container . Let me add that , just because the rod of multi develops high speed rotation, Anchor mayonnaise directly without the risk to " cut " . Homemade mayonnaise in mixer requires oil to fall very slowly with flow ' as string ' until it is exhausted . In this one case, put all the ingredients in the container of multi and they are mixed together from the first moment . Within 30 '' mayonnaise is ready !

Bougiourdi

Ingredients : • 1 ripe tomato , peeled • 1 green pepper • 1 piece feta cheese • 2-3 slices of gouda ( optional) • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano Directions: • Cut into small pieces ( cubes ) the peeled tomatoes. (Tip: to peel tomatoes easily dip them for 1 minute in boiling water . After that the peel comes almost alone most easily ) . • Similarly chop and slice into small pieces and peppers into small washers . • Optionally you can add whatever other type of cheese if you want but even with plain slice it is wonderful . • Mix together all ingredients and place in a small clay pot (such as those placed in traditional sheep's yogurt ) , or any small ovenproof dish . • Pour the olive oil ( to go everywhere ) and sprinkle with oregano . • Bake at 200 C for a quarter of an hour . Serving: After cooking stir with a spoon to tie the materials and oregano is everywhere and serve in the clay . You can accompany it with slices of toasted bread ( sprinkled with olive oil and oregano ) .

HALVAH COLLAS

Ingredients : • 3 cups water • 2 cups sugar • 1 cup flour niseste • 3 tbsp olive oil • 80 g . peeled and chopped almonds Directions: If the almonds are not peeled, boil in a saucepan and inflate . Then strain and are peeled easily by hand. Chop the almonds into small pieces . In a bowl mix the water with the sugar and flour niseste until it is homogenous . In a pot roast almonds and when they change colour , pour the mixture and stir constantly! Gradually the mixture begins to thicken . Stir until compact being careful not to stick . Serve in bowls with grated cinnamon on the surface . Eaten hot but also after cooling . A delicious sweet , easy and fasting . Good Luck !

CAKE " tweaked "

Ingredients : • 1 package raising alone flour ( 500 g . ) • 1 cup olive oil ( 240 g . ) • 1-1,5 cup sugar • 1 cup orange juice ( 240 g . ) • 1 cup pineapple juice ( 240 g . ) • 2 vanilla flavor • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder • 1/3 tsp mastic powder • 1-2 tbsp Bacardi • 2 tbsp grated coconut • Baking soda nose spoon Directions: In a bowl throw sugar, aromatic , oil and hit enough . Steve oranges and add the soda dissolved. Mix with pineapple juice and add to the bowl. Start and add the flour little by little , stirring constantly . Last add the coconut and drink . Lubricate – put flour on my pan (25x34) and pour in the mixture . Preheat the oven to 170 degrees , place in the second row from the bottom pan and bake 40-45 ' , depending on your oven everyone .

Squid with herbs

Ingredients : • 800 g . moderate squid • 6 tbsp olive oil • 3 tbsp Vinegar • 3 tbsp ouzo or raki • 1 bunch of parsley • 1 bunch mint • 1 twig dill • 1 tsp oregano • salt • pepper Directions: Clean the squid from the membrane , eyes and teeth, wash and wipe . Cut the bags into rings and tentacles in pieces. Heat in a pan 3 tablespoons oil and saute the calamari . With a spoon pour vinegar and wait to pour their fluids . Add in the calamari 2/3 of the water glass hot water, reduce heat and cook for 40 minutes . Add more water if needed. Finely chop the herbs and place in a bowl . Add the remaining oil , vinegar , oregano , salt , pepper and ouzo and beat until you get a homogenous sauce . Shortly before eating, pour the sauce on the calamari , stir and turn up the heat for a few minutes.
