PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS: Made from sheep's milk or a mixture of it with goat milk. Is slightly salty and slightly sour flavor with natural white color. It can be characterized as a biological product made from milk from animals in free rangein in which, is no use of insecticides, pesticides or other contaminants. It is consumed as table cheese, fried and used in salads and cheeses.
